Uggie the dog became the first canine to put his paw prints in cement outside the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood on Monday.
Star of the Oscar-winning film The Artist, Uggie was presented with a treat-filled ceremony outside the theatre this week.
The jack russell terrier has also made a furry appearance in Mr. Fix It and Water for Elephants. The 10-year-old posed for the cameras while sporting a gold bow tie on the red carpet.
The pooch arrived in style to the event in a red fire truck. Later in the evening, he was presented with a cake in the shape of a fire hydrant prepared by the Food Network’s own Duff Goldman from Ace of Cakes.
Every dog has its day, and Monday definitely belonged to Uggie. Check out more photos from the event below.
