btgustas, NappiFilms, and Carlos D, thank you for your kind comments! Yoyoitsme, yes we did get permission from the people on the bus. They were all notified of what we were doing. If they had any problems, we wouldn't have filmed them. Also, who's idea are you claiming we "took" from? This was an original concept from our own experiences with BIGSTAR.tv. We were aiming to point out that a positive reason to join BIGSTAR.tv is to be part of a community who can in most cases support your work, and in some cases such as this, critique it. Both are good to have. Also, since we've been part of BIGSTAR.tv, we've received some very inspirational comments and messages, which is where the "inspirations" line was developed from. The final copy came from BIGSTAR.tv's slogan," The global headquarters for independent filmmaking," only we worded slightly different and added some specifics. So even if there is another idea that resembles ours, we did not "take" anything from it. Lastly, if you listen to the voiceover and what is actually being said, that is our promotion for what you can do on this site.

Very nice work. Just ignore btgustas he is spamming the contest, which is against the rules BTW, and in all of his posts but one, for one entry, he made the same sort of inane comments! Hmmmm....wonder if there is a bad motive there???????

Honestly amazing. Definitely the best one on here, but the bus is an issue. Legally you should have had signatures and release forms. I'm also assuming this was a public bus and in this case you have to have a permit from the city or county that owns it. So through a technicality you did break the rules. Honestly though almost everyone did in some way or another. So much copyrighted music in this contest. Awesome concept though. It sells BigStar.tv. Great Job.

To be honest, we really feel like one of the best parts of BIGSTAR.tv is the community and amount of independent filmmakers who join and/or watch these entires. The feedback has been great and the people we've talk to through BIGSTAR.tv has been amazing! For example, as we are typing this, we've just received an email from Vua Laa (someone we've never met and also has an entry in this contest) saying "congrats on winning the contest job well done" I mean, how cool and kind is that?! Nice. Honestly. This was my favorite too. The combination of the music, scenes, cadence of the speech, and the "join us" was very brilliant and motivating. I hope they use this commercial in a lot of places.
