Unfortunately, BIGSTAR does not give refunds for memberships. You will be given access to stream our entire library for the remainder of the month that you paid for.
The membership plans are pre-paid 30 day subscriptions. Once you sign up for a plan and pay your monthly fee, you have full access to the movies under that plan for the next 30 days. If you decide to cancel your membership after 10 days, you still have 20 days remaining for viewing as this is a pre-paid plan. After the 30 days run out, you will be fully canceled and no charges will occur at the next bill date.
