What if I forgot my password, or if my password isn't working?

If you've forgotten your password, recovery is easy! Simply select the "Forgot Password" link at the login screen, where you'll be prompted to enter the email address on file as well as answer a challenge question. Your password will then be sent to the email address on file.

If you do not receive an email from us within 5 to 10 minutes, the email might have been forwarded to your Spam or Junk folder; please add BIGSTAR to your address book to prevent this and future correspondences from BIGSTAR from being filtered.
