I have a $9.99 a month membership, why can't I access explicit titles through the Movies You Demand App?

Unfortunately, Apple prohibits us from playing Explicit movies via the Apps. However, if you login to the BIGSTAR.tv website using Safari on your iPad, all the explicit movies are available via our HTML5 player.

Playback quality seems to be very low, especially at the beginning. Why?

In order to comply with Mobile Data requirements of 3G access, we have to encode the movies at a super small 64kbps version which is of horrible quality. However, we also send all the information for the high quality versions to the Apple movie player as well. Once the Apple player can detect the speed of your connection the quality will change over to the best quality your current Internet connect can support.
