If you Signed up for a BIGSTAR Membership through the App on your iPhone or iPad using your iTunes account, then you must use iTunes to make modifications to your membership or to cancel.
This process can be a bit confusing especially if this is the first time you're using your iTunes account to purchase subscriptions. Follow the steps below to learn how to manage your membership.
If you signed up for a BIGSTAR Membership through the website, or by calling or emailing the BIGSTAR support team, this section does not apply to you. It is only for those Apple iOS users who are being billed through their Apple iTunes accounts. If you are being billed directly by BIGSTAR on your credit card, then please look for help in some of the other sections, or contant support directly for assistance at "email@example.com".
Listed below are step by step instructions on how to manage and change your BIGSTAR membership through your iTunes Account.
From your device's Home screen, tap "App Store."
Tap "Featured" tab at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Tap the "Apple ID" button in the lower-left corner. (If you are not signed in, tap the Sign In button, and sign in with your Apple ID. Then, scroll back to the bottom of the page, and tap the Apple ID button.)
Tap the "View Apple ID" button.
Enter your password and tap OK.
From the main account page, scroll down to the "Subscriptions" section and tap the "Manage" button. If you don't have app subscriptions this button will not be displayed.
From the "Manage Subscription" page on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod tap the BIGSTAR app to make changes. If BIGSTAR is your only subscription, iTunes may auto select this for you and you can skip this step.
You'll have the option to manage different subscription categories or to turn off Auto-renew, effectively canceling your membership.
Once you tap a subscription category, you will see the current subscription status and available options.
Tap the desired renewal option to select it, and then tap Subscribe (follow the same steps to turn off the Auto-Renewal if you want to cancel your membership).
You will see a confirmation window asking you to confirm your selection.
Tap "Confirm" to proceed with your changes.
