From the self-build properties in Emilia Romagna, to the all-women “co-housing” experiences in the Kreuzberg area of Berlin, up to the regeneration projects of entire low-income neighbourhoods in different European cities: Barcelona, Goteborg and Liverpool. Giving voice to citizens, public administrations and non-profit organizations, Housing in Europe compares Italian and European housing practices, which present new ways of dealing with the housing problem.The experiences explored in Housing in Europe Housing are seven (three in Italy: Milan, Turin and Cesena; and four in other European cities: Barcelona, Liverpool, Goteborg and Berlin).
