As a Real Estate Broker I am sure glad that I did not sale a home like this one. What a nightmare for this buyer. Do you think the Seller told the Buyer every thing about his new home before he bought the home like the law says the Seller has to? I do not think so. In real life every one would blame the Real Estate Agent.
