#BIGSTARtv Twitter Contest Rules

1. ENTRY: No purchase necessary to enter or win. To enter the contest, you must be a registered user of BIGSTAR.tv and tweet #BIGSTARtv from March 1, 2010 through August 31, 2010 11:59 pm EST. Your tweet may be about anything, and you may tweet into the contest as often as you’d like. Retweets will not qualify.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The #BIGSTARtv Twitter for an iPad Contest is open to all citizens of the world. Employees and contractors (and their families) of BIGSTAR.tv or any of its affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. PRIZE: A total of six (6) monthly winners will be awarded one (1) Apple iPad each. One winner will be selected on the fifth day of the month. If the fifth day of the month falls on a weekend, the winner will be selected on the Monday. Prize selection is at the discretion of the BIGSTAR.tv team.

4. WINNER SELECTION: One winning "tweet" featuring the term "#BIGSTARtv" will be selected at random each month. Each prize winner will be awarded one Apple iPad. Entrants are not eligible to redeem more than one prize. Retweets will not qualify.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The six (6) winners will be announced via the BIGSTAR.tv Twitter feed, identified by the winner’s Twitter handle, and will also be posted at the BIGSTAR.tv website. The winners will be individually contacted by BIGSTAR.tv via Twitter direct message to provide contact information (full name, email address, and mailing address).

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The winners may be required to execute and return a Certificate of Eligibility, Consent and General Release form within 14 days of notification. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. By acceptance of the prize, the winners consent to the use of his or her name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising or trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. USE OF CONTEST INFORMATION: All entries become the property of BIGSTAR.tv. BIGSTAR.tv reserves the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including submissions provided by the contestants, for editorial, marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

8. CONDUCT: All contest participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. BIGSTAR.tv in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be in violation of these rules.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: BIGSTAR.tv is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected email or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, BIGSTAR.tv may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Entrants further agree to release BIGSTAR.tv from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the contest.

10. WINNERS LIST: The Twitter accounts of contest winners will be available at the BIGSTAR.tv site and on the BIGSTAR.tv Twitter feed.
